<p>Hello, I'm Rayan MERRIEN, Recruitment Consultant FED ManuTech, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions. <br>We're experts who speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>Your position <br> <br>I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Planner for one of my clients, a manufacturing company located in Varennes. <br> <br>Permanent position 40 hours per week <br> <br>Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : <br> <br>- Work closely with the management and maintenance teams to organize and plan maintenance interventions, both preventive and corrective, while ensuring data updates in the SAP system. <br>- Acquire necessary equipment, spare parts and materials, while ensuring effective inventory management. <br>- Ensure that all activities comply with company standards and industry best practices. <br>- Oversee investment projects aimed at ensuring asset sustainability and optimizing process performance.</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Priority management and rigor <br>- Leadership and analytical skills <br>- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills <br> <br>We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. <br> <br>Your profile <br> <br>-Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector <br>-BAC or DEC in engineering, processes, mechanics, or any other relevant field <br>-Bilingual French - very good level of English <br>-Practical experience in maintenance planning <br>-Knowledge of CMMS software, SAP an asset <br>Knowledge of Autocad-type design software an asset <br> <br>-65k - 70k + bonus - depending on profile and experience, RRSP and full insurance. <br> <br> <br>*********The use of English is required for this position for the following reasons: <br>- Communication with international customers: As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate with them regularly in English, both orally and in writing. <br>- Working with English-speaking partners: You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts. <br>- Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.</p>
