_*POSTING DATE:*_ _September 30, 2024 __*POSTING #*__424-24 (OPSEU)_ HURON PERTH HEALTHCARE ALLIANCE _NOTICE OF VACANCY_ _*POSITION: MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST - Microbiology*_ _ *Primary Site:*_ _Stratford_ _Regular Part-Time x2_ _*POSITION SUMMARY:*_ _The Medical Laboratory Technologist performs both routine and advanced test procedures, as necessary, for the efficient functioning of his/her area of assignment._ _*REPORTS TO:*_ _Manager, HPHA Laboratory Services and IHLP _ _*DATE REQUIRED:*_ _As soon as possible _ _*SALARY:*_ _$36.84 to $50.24 per hour_ _*QUALIFICATIONS: *_ _- Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO) in Microbiology_ _*EXPERIENCE:*_ _- At least two years current technical experience in microbiology. _ _*ABILITIES:*_ _- Working knowledge of Meditech Information System and personal computer applications._ _- Able to exercise initiative in problem solving._ _- Mature, flexible and organized._ _*Please be advised that we are no longer accepting emailed or paper-based resumes.
