We are looking for a Physiotherapy Assistant to work full time. Your responsibilities would include: Assisting physiotherapists with client care: including the use of TENS and interferential modalities, exercise programs, *soft tissue release* etc. Administrative duties, as required Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals Collecting outcome measure data Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment Inventory of clinical supplies Qualifications: * Physiotherapy background or PTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred * Previous experience working within a clinic setting an asset * Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * physiotherapy assistant: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * overseas trained Physiotherapist? (preferred) * Kinesiology degree or diploma? (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationRichmond Hill, ON
