This role is responsible for directing and coordinating the manufacturing of products in line with company goals, maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant plant, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset and a motivated, well-trained workforce. _*We offer: *_ We offer a competitive salary, a great benefits package, RRSP matching program, and bonus/incentives program. We have company events, such as BBQ?s and Christmas Party, giveaways, activities, and fantastic pet food product discounts ? awesome for people who have pets! _*What you?ll do: *_ *Responsibilities:* * Oversee manufacturing across all shifts to meet demand planning forecasts while ensuring cost and quality standards are met or exceeded. * Plan and implement continuous improvement projects. * Manage the operator training processes and develop team capabilities through coaching and formal training opportunities. * Improve operating efficiencies to meet or exceed plant KPI?s. * Use Problem Solving techniques to lead and or assist in completing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR?s), ensuring corrective actions address identified issues. * Collaborate with other departments to meet plant expectations. * Assist in the development of the operating budgets. * Conduct employee performance reviews and foster team engagement. * Ensure compliance with safety, HACCP, BRC, GMP, and environmental regulations. * Maintain a safe and secure work environment. * Other duties as assigned. *Competencies:* * Building Trust ?
