Position Overview: We?re looking for a dynamic *Recruiting Associate* to join our growing team and take the lead in attracting and recruiting *Mortgage Agents*. You?ll be the driving force behind sourcing, attracting, and hiring the brightest talent to join Kingsdale Mortgage Centre. If you?ve got a knack for identifying great candidates and are eager to contribute to the growth of our team, we?d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: * *Create and Implement Recruiting Strategies:* Collaborate with the management team to design and execute effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top Mortgage Agents. * *Source Top Talent:* Utilize online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards), social media, referrals, and networking to actively search for and engage high-performing Mortgage Agents. * *Conduct Interviews:* Interview candidates with a focus on assessing both their sales abilities and alignment with Kingsdale?s values and culture. * *Onboard New Hires:* Manage the onboarding process and ensure new recruits feel welcome, supported, and ready to thrive at Kingsdale. * *Maintain Organization:* Track recruitment metrics and candidate progress, ensuring the recruitment process is seamless and efficient. * *Collaborate and Advise:* Work closely with senior management and team leaders to continuously improve the recruitment process. Qualifications: * *Results-Driven:* You thrive on meeting recruitment targets and helping us grow the team with the best Mortgage Agents. * *Previous Recruiting Experience:* Experience in recruiting is a plus! If you?ve worked in sales or mortgage recruitment, even better. * *Strong Communication Skills:* You?ve got a natural ability to connect with people, and you know how to sell the opportunity to potential candidates. * *Talent Assessment:* You?re skilled at identifying top performers who are a perfect fit for the role and the company culture. * *Adaptable:* You can work independently but also collaborate effectively with a team. * *Mortgage Industry Knowledge (Not Required):* While knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus, it?s not a must. We?ll train you! * *Eligibility:* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
