Reporting to the Director, Information Technologies and Telecommunications, the incumbent is primarily responsible for maintaining and developing applications using the Oracle database and Forms / Reports tools.<br><em><br><br></em><strong>Responsabilities</strong><br><ul><li>Meet with users to define requirements;</li><li>Perform preliminary and functional analysis based on identified needs;</li><li>Carry out technical implementation (implementation plan, programming, testing, implementation, etc.);</li><li>Integrate developed applications with existing systems, if necessary;</li><li>Document developed systems;</li><li>Prepare and deliver user training on applications put into production;</li><li>Maintain existing programs;</li><li>Convert Forms applications to Apex as required;</li><li>Support users;</li><li>Perform any other related tasks.</li></ul><p>Note that the proportion of analysis is around 35% and the proportion of programming is around 65%.
