<strong>Role</strong><br><br>The role of Building maintenance worker is to maintain the building <br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Know and comply at all times with applicable quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations and company policies<br><span>Carry out maintenance and painting work, repair and maintain carpentry, finishing walls, ceilings, floors and other works using wood, metal or other materials, if applicable<br></span><strong></strong>Assist external tradesmen, when necessary<br>Replace and adjust door, window and interior and exterior hardware<br><span>Maintain and repair fixed and mobile furniture (boxes, chests, cupboards, bookcases, etc.)<br>Plastering dry wall and prepare surfaces to be painted<br></span><span></span><span></span><span></span><span></span><span></span><span>Remove factory trash, grime, large debris and other scrap<br>Focus and perform minor repairs to plumbing systems, electrical systems and device<br><br>Are you looking for a stimulating work environment offering challenges that match your ambitions?
