*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team to achieve excellence in customer service and sales performance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to motivate team members to meet sales goals while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Lead, train, and develop team members in areas such as sales management, cashiering, and customer service. * Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. * Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with effective phone etiquette. * Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels. * Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. * Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. * Proficient in math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional customer service. * Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking abilities. * A commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork and professional growth.
