Bull Dog Truck Centre, a division of Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group, is now part of Metro Vancouver's established Volvo/Mack Truck dealer. Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group has experienced remarkable growth over the last few years, now including a brand-new Manitoba facility, Bull Dog Truck Centre. As a result, we are now accepting applications for a Shipper/Receiver to be part of our new Manitoba team, in a full-time permanent capacity. We are selectively looking for applicants with the right experience and work ethic to fit our company and join our growing team *Position Type/Schedule* Shipping & Receiving Position. This is a full-time shipping position, Monday-Friday 8-4:30 pm. 40 hours per week. *Address:* 374 Eagle Drive, Winnipeg Mb. *About the role* The *Shipping & Receiving Person* is responsible for shipping, receiving, and moving products in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining an organized warehouse and stock environment. *Responsibilities:* · Provide accurate count and verify identification of parts received, placed in stores, and issued · Process work accurately to avoid delays in schedules, resulting in lost time · Receive, store, issue, and control inventory within the warehouse · Verify identification of parts by reviewing related paperwork; visually check for damage or other obvious discrepancies · Observe proper material handling procedures in performance of duties · Operate forklift · Replenish parts · Pick and deliver part kits where required · Provide back-up Parts Driver support as required · Provide janitorial support to warehouse as required · Commitment to promoting and supporting a safe workplace · Responsible for packaging up parts for shipment which requires measuring and weighing packages and filling out waybills *What we are looking for:* · Completion of high school · Ability to perform under highly repetitive and routine work situations on a sustained basis · Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs. · Previous experience in a similar warehouse environment · Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company · Class 5 Driver?s License with a clean Driver?s Abstract · Previous experience in a warehouse setting would be considered an asset · Must have the ability to work with little supervision and manage multiple objectives · Self-motivated, team oriented individual who has the ability to perform successfully under pressure *Our Core Values: Providing the best customer experience possible.* Teamwork & Collaboration | Integrity| Commitment | Reliability | Initiative | Continuous Improvement *Take Your Next Step With Bulldog Truck Centre* If you believe your skillset matches the above description and are an enthusiastic, innovative, passionate and energetic individual we would like to hear from you.
