<p>Hello,<br>I'm Clémence, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.<br>I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.<br>All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.<br><br>We are looking for an experienced ERP Dynamics365 Business Analyst to join a company in the energy sector, located in Montreal. This is a permanent, hybrid position (a few days a month on site).</p><p>Under the supervision of the IT Director, the incumbent will be responsible for improving current application solutions and deploying new business solutions in all areas of the company. He/she will oversee all planning and execution phases of projects under his/her responsibility, while ensuring that business processes are documented and optimized. The incumbent will also offer support to users in his/her areas of expertise. <br>Main responsibilities: <br>Collaborate with super-users to define requirements, perform business and functional analyses, and propose appropriate solutions; <br>Manage IT projects and requests, from planning to execution, including needs analysis, mandate definition and project follow-up; <br>Translate business and functional requirements for partners and suppliers; <br>Proactively identify integration issues and project impacts to facilitate design and implementation; <br>Act as technical specialist on all corporate systems (ERP Dynamics365, CRM, PowerBI, PowerApps, etc.); <br>Establish, optimize and manage methodologies, processes and procedures for access management and the production launch of application systems (SOX and 52-109 compliance); <br>Manage and resolve 3rd level application support incidents; <br>Participate in the choice of technological solutions and the implementation of new systems; <br>Develop and maintain business process diagrams; <br>Train and support super-users/technicians on new processes and modules deployed via training and documentation.</p><p>Skills profile : <br> <br>University degree in business technology management or equivalent training; <br>At least five (5) years' experience in IT business analysis, including experience in ERP deployment or evolution; <br>Mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or Dynamics AX; <br>Knowledge of one or more business areas (finance, sales, purchasing, production, inventory management, quality management, human resources); <br>Good knowledge of project management principles and Agile methods; <br>Experience in business modeling and analysis; <br>Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people; <br>Experience in the mining, industrial or manufacturing sectors is an asset; <br>Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Devops a plus; <br>Excellent analytical, conceptual and synthesis skills; <br>Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, attention to detail and resourcefulness; <br>Results orientation, organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; <br>Written and oral communication skills in French and English; <br>Mastery of technological tools and environments (Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
