Position Title: Process Maintenance LeadPosition Type: Regular - Full-Time Position Location: Coaldale Grade: 17 Requisition ID: 33074 The role involves managing the performance and schedule of the process maintenance team, troubleshooting and maintaining plant equipment, and coordinating projects to improve equipment reliability and availability. Additionally, the position ensures safety standards, cleanliness, and high-quality workmanship while leading the team, sharing knowledge, and participating in training programs.Essential Duties / Responsibilities:Manages performance and schedule of the process maintenance team Trouble shoots and maintains plant equipment.Provide project support and coordination.Work with reliability team to improve equipment availability.Passes on information, experiences and knowledge to other maintenance employees in regards to repair jobs, preventive maintenance, problem symptoms, etc. which he/she may be involved with during his/her shiftMaintains safety standards of equipment and work area according to established procedures and as instructed by the manager.Required meeting participation.Ensures work areas are kept clean, organized and tidy at all times.Lead team with reliability and accountability.Works in a cost-effective manner and maintains a high standard of quality and excellent workmanship.Participate in ongoing training programs as required to maintain and enhance skills.Responsible for trouble free operation of all equipment on site.Other assigned tasks or functions as designated Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Competencies)Work Quality - MUST promote and demonstrate safe workmanship.
