Patricia Paterson CPA is a well-established accounting firm located in Armstrong BC serving a variety of clients throughout the North Okanagan. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized person to join our team as an OFFICE ASSISTANT.
The successful candidate must have attention to detail, adhere to strict confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
What the job entails:
· Greet clients, answer phone and direct calls and schedule appointments
· Process invoices and payments
· Assist with office administration including tracking tax returns from drop off to pick up
What is required:
· Previous bookkeeping experience is an asset but not necessarily required
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and a willingness to learn new programs.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to follow directions, work under pressure, work independently and be a Team player
· Some tax season overtime
