Real Estate 360 Property Advisory Limited, one of Atlantic Canada?s leading Real Estate Management companies, is seeking an energetic individual to join our team as a Property Accountant. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for all accounting aspects relating to a portfolio of condominium / residential properties. This will include financial statement preparation, accounts receivable and accounts payable, budgeting and year recovery calculations. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with condominium and/or residential property accounting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential and experience with Yardi accounting software is considered an asset. Salary negotiable based on experience.
