Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and answering phones
- Maintain office organization and efficiency
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide administrative support to staff and management
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer applications and office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred c
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working at the front desk is advantageous

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 26 per week
