Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service - Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Perform product demonstrations when required - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed - Follow all company policies and procedures Skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual skills are a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively - Experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions is preferred - Proficient in basic math calculations - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills - Ability to learn technical sales information about products - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to perform product demos confidently - Organizational skills to maintain a clean and tidy work area Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.
