<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Better Living Health and Community Services has an opening for the position of a Home Cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with in-home light cleaning.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning tasks in clients' homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitized surface cleaning.</li><li>Organize and maintain homes to meet clients' standards of cleanliness and comfort.</li><li>Collaborate closely with clients and families to understand and fulfill specific cleaning needs and preferences.</li><li>Adhere to safety and health regulations while using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.</li><li>Report any unsafe conditions or client concerns to management promptly.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in home cleaning or related field is preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to interact well with clients.</li><li>Reliability and trustworthiness, with a commitment to client confidentiality.</li></ul><p>Better Living is an equal opportunity employer and is in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, Employment Standards Act and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
