*About Us:* Eagles Landing Animal Hospital is an AAHA Certified private small animal hospital in Vaughan. We are a compassionate, client-focused veterinary practice, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. *Position Overview: * A permanent full-time/part-time position is available (shifts may include days, evenings). We are looking for a compassionate, task oriented, Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! Veterinary technician students are welcome to apply! The ideal candidate is able to work in a team environment, but also must be comfortable working independently. * Surgery preparation (drug calculations, IV catheter placement, intubation) and anesthetic monitoring * Dentistry * Taking digital radiographs (including dental radiographs) * Sample collection (blood, urine and various cytologies) * In house cytology interpretation * Administering medications and eliciting treatments based on doctors advise * History taking, TPR/triage of patients * Providing customer service and client education * Knowledge of AVImark is a must, experience with companion animals is a must. *What We Offer:* * Supportive and inclusive work environment * competitive hourly wage based on experience and credentials * Continuing education opportunities and licensing fee reimbursements * Generous employee pet care discount *How to Apply:* To join our dedicated and compassionate team, please submit your resume via email.
