*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing and carpentry, with the ability to work with various power tools. This role is crucial in ensuring that structures are built accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our projects. *Duties* * Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, and drywall. * Perform concrete forming tasks to create foundations and structural components. * Install siding and other exterior finishes as required by project specifications. * Ensure all framing work meets safety standards and building codes. * Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion. * Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as needed on-site. * Operate heavy equipment safely when required for specific tasks. *Skills* * Proficient in blueprint reading to accurately interpret construction plans. * Experienced in using power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns effectively and safely * Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday. * Strong carpentry skills with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship. * Competence in using hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and levels effectively.
