As a Customer Service Representative at Empower Beautiful You, you will provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients, both in person and remotely. This role combines customer service, administrative duties, and assistance with empowerment activities like beauty guidance and basic emotional support. You'll help clients with scheduling, product recommendations, and provide support during workshops and sessions. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, answer inquiries, and assist with scheduling appointments Handle payments and manage daily sales reports Provide basic beauty tips and organize beauty products Assist during group or individual sessions, offering emotional support Prepare light refreshments for in-person workshops Support Zoom meetings and provide virtual customer service Help organize workshops and maintain client records Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Customer service- LocationToronto, ON
