*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing the receipt of goods, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires familiarity with warehouse management systems and a commitment to upholding safety standards. Applicant must be computer literate and have a strong attention to detail. *Duties* * Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and care. * Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock. * Inspect received packages for damage and verify contents against shipping documents. * Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. * Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of orders. * Maintain accurate records of inventory movements with company software. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes. * Adhere to all safety protocols while working in the warehouse environment. * Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free from hazards. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. * Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and order fulfillment is advantageous. * Proficient in using warehouse management systems * Ability to operate reach trucks or similar equipment safely; certification may be required. * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. * Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills related to e-commerce operations.
