Your expertise in hair styling, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help create a memorable experience for every client who walks through our doors. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care and styling options. * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Foster a positive and friendly environment that encourages repeat business and referrals. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best possible service. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred. * Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon environment. * Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor that promotes client satisfaction. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
