We are hiring full time hot line cooks! Successful candidates must have creativity, passion, demonstrate elegant plating skills & an ability to work calmly under pressure. Qualifications: * A positive and can-do attitude. * Candidates must have progressive kitchen experience and a _*MINIMUM of 5+ years of line experience within a high volume restaurant setting.*_ * Candidates must also have _*minimum continuous employment at one establishment of at least 3 years in a hot line cook capacity. *_ * Be a fast learner, and a faster hand at cooking and plating in a high volume, fast paced, higher end kitchen. * Ability to take direction, work calmly and effectively under pressure. * We value commitment. Candidates must be reliable, available on weekends, evenings & holidays. Wage will be based on experience + skill level. Employee Assistance Program and Weekly Tip Out available after 2 week trial period.
