This is a full-time, permanent position offering bi-weekly pay via cheque (not a cash job). Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, assisting with production tasks, and general computer work. *Key Responsibilities:* *Shipping/Receiving:* * Prepare and ship outgoing orders via FedEx, UPS, and Purolator. * Receive and inspect incoming shipments. * Maintain accurate shipping records and labels. * Organize and store inventory efficiently. * Ensure all shipments meet company standards and deadlines. *Production Assistance & Manual Labor:* * Help with production tasks as needed, including cutting, assembly, and other hands-on jobs. * Operate power tools or assist with their use to support production (experience is a plus). * Perform general maintenance tasks around the shop or warehouse. *Computer Tasks:* * Use computer systems for shipping tasks and data entry. * Update and maintain shipping information. * Familiarity with basic office software is required. *General Duties:* * Keep work area clean, organized, and safe. * Follow safety procedures and company policies. *Requirements:* * Previous experience in shipping/receiving is a plus. * Experienced with FedEx, UPS, and Purolator shipping software systems. * Ability to lift and carry heavy items. * Knowledge of using power tools and performing manual labor tasks is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Comfortable using computers for data entry. * Excellent communication skills. * No students?this is a full-time, permanent position. *Pay Range: *[$20-$22 Hourly] Bi-weekly pay via cheque (Not a cash job) *Submit* your Application & Resume at: manny@gateway-graphics.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Extended health care * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday Experience: * Order picking: 1 year (required) * Shipping & receiving: 1 year (required) * FED EX , UPS , PUROLATOR SHIPPING SOFTWARE: 1 year (required) Language: * English (required) Location: * Etobicoke, ON M9W 6V6 (required) Work Location: In person
