*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems operate efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety standards. *Duties* * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. * Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. * Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. * Weld or solder piping as needed for repairs or installations. * Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, to complete projects effectively. * Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment during installations or repairs. * Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding plumbing issues and solutions. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. * Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and components. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job tasks. * Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
