<p>Worker Type:</p>Permanent<p></p><p></p><p>Language(s) Required:</p>English, French<p></p><p></p><p>Term Duration (in months):</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :</p>$90,710 - $122,726<p></p><p></p>Pension and wellness expertise needed<br>Help manage and oversee FCC?s pension plans and retirement programs, providing strategic support, communication and education for employees. <br><br>This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada?s official languages.<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll do:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee the administration of FCC Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension plans </span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and implement strategies and programs to educate employees about retirement benefits</span></p></li><li><p><span>Research best-practice retirement savings as well as financial wellness strategies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as the main contact for the executive benefit or pension questions, administering the executive perquisite plan and addressing inquiries</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and manage the corporate employee relocation program</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate policy exceptions and resolve escalated situations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support strategy implementation for benefits, pension and health and wellness programs </span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist the Director of Total Rewards in developing strategies, reports, and presentations, providing insights on benefits and wellness programs.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we</span></b><b><span>?</span></b><b><span>re looking for:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactive project manager who can adapt to change, make decisions and resolve issues</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical thinker who can identify issues and implement solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Effective collaborator who can build and maintain relationships with senior leaders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven mentor who can support others with policy interpretation </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll need:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor?s degree in administration and/or Human Resources Management and at least four years of benefits experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p></li><li><p>Designations such as a Certified Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Pension Plan Administrator Certificate (PPAC) would be an asset.</p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of pension and saving programs as well as employee benefits, including regulations and legislation</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>#FCCEN</span></p>
