By joining the new Become an ACA Program, you?ll receive a personal tool box provided by the company, valued at $5,000 and a support to obtain your Transport Canada ACA accreditation, in partnership with the École Nationale d?Aérotechnique.*</span><span> <br></span><span>*</span><i><span>Conditions apply.</span></i><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Your main responsibilities:</span></b><span> </span><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Identify and adjust aircraft system structural systems to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and other procedures; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Repair and revise aircraft structural systems, manufacture, assembly and machining of aluminum and composite parts; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Perform routine maintenance and reporting; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Inform the supervisor of irregularities in work tasks; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Nolinor Aviation's quality standards, policies and procedures and applicable regulations; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that the work is delivered on schedule; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ensure that the workplace is clean and safe at all times; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Adhere to and implement safety policies; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Perform other related duties. </span><span> </span></li></ul><p><span> </span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>You?re the ideal candidate if:</span></b><span> </span><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>You have a DEP in the assembly of aerospace structures and 1-3 of relevant experience (nice to have); </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>You must be able to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>You have mathematical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to be accurate at a high level of quality and predictability; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>You have familiarity with a variety of pneumatic, manual and sheet-metal tools; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Excellent judgment, attention to details; </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, to read manuals. </span><span> </span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Why choose Nolinor Aviation?</span></b><span> </span><span> </span></p><p><span>At Nolinor, your talent will be recognized and rewarded:</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Competitive salary up to 40.14$/h, paid weekly;</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Evening shift premium of 3$/h;</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Additionnal 3$/h for overnight stays away from base;</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Option to build a 40 hour time bank, renewable throughout the year;</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Comprehensive benefits package and employer-contributed- LocationMirabel, QC
