*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. * Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. * Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces to ensure a tidy appearance. * Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies. * Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. * Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies. * Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. *Requirements* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods, including lifting and moving equipment when necessary. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures.
