The company specializes in new builds and also takes on renovation projects of existing structures. *Job Title: *Carpenter (NOC 72310) *Wage:* $35/hour *Terms of Employment: *Full-time, permanent (40 hours peer week) *Language of work:* English *Number of available positions: *1 *How to apply:* Contact: Anthony Mckeown Email: bookedoutconstruction@gmail.com *Job Duties:* * constructing, installing, and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and roofs in residential, commercial, and industrial settings * Installing ICFs (insulated concrete foundations) * Overseeing and supervising other contractors and tradespeople on the construction site * Framing and building foundations, walls, and partitions for new construction or renovation projects. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and building codes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations * Using hand and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and finish materials * Performing renovations and repairs on existing structures, including structural and cosmetic changes * Laying flooring, roofing materials, or siding as part of new builds or renovations *Employment Requirements/work experience:* * Completion of secondary school * 3-5 years work experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationRevelstoke, BC
