*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with an emphasis on customer service and effective communication. *Duties* * Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. * Carry out heavy lifting tasks as needed to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for various cleaning and maintenance tasks. * Conduct commercial cleaning duties in office buildings, restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities. * Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues to the management team. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients or staff regarding cleanliness. * Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition. * Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks. * Demonstrate strong time management skills to complete all assigned duties efficiently within designated timeframes. *Requirements* * Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as the job may require moving large items or equipment. * Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus for performing maintenance tasks. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness in all areas of responsibility. * Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
