*Join Our Team as a Junior Dental Assistant!* *Crowfoot Dental Studio | Calgary - Crowfoot Area | 4th Floor, 400 Crowfoot Crescent NW* Are you a vibrant, detail-oriented individual with a passion for patient care? Crowfoot Dental Studio is seeking a *Junior Dental Assistant* to join our growing practice. This is a *part-time role* (1?2 days per week) with the potential to *gradually evolve into 3?4 days per week* as we expand. *Our Clinic Hours:* * *Monday* (1?2 per month): 11:00 AM ? 7:00 PM * *Wednesday:* 11:00 AM ? 7:00 PM * *Thursday:* 11:00 AM ? 7:00 PM * *Friday:* 9:00 AM ? 3:00 PM (7:00?9:00 AM by appointment only) * *Saturday *(1?2 per month): 9:00 AM ? 3:00 PM Your working hours will align with our schedule and evolve with the needs of the clinic. *Job Responsibilities:* * Assisting with *sterilization* and maintaining a clean and organized environment. * *Greeting patients* warmly and ensuring a welcoming experience. * *Answering phone calls* and addressing patient inquiries. * Making *care calls* to follow up with patients post-treatment. * Supporting the team with *new patient exams*, *child hygiene appointments*, and various procedures, including: * *Restorative treatments (fillings, crowns).* * *Extractions, root canals, and implants.* * Taking radiographs (e.g., digital x-rays, *Panoramic X-rays, CBCT scans*). *Who We?re Looking For:* * A *vibrant, social individual* who connects well with patients and the team. * Someone who is *great with children* and helps create a positive dental experience. * *Attention to detail* and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. *Qualifications:* * Certified Dental Assistant certification required * Proficient in medical terminology and dental assisting * Experience with dental software such as Open Dental * Strong communication and organizational skills * Experience in a dental receptionist role is a plus *What We Offer:* * *On-the-job training* to develop and enhance your skills. * A friendly, supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth. * The chance to assist with *advanced procedures and technologies*, including CBCT and implant placement. * A collaborative team atmosphere focused on providing exceptional patient care. *How to Apply:* Send your resume and cover letter to info@crowfootdentalstudio.ca We are committed to finding the right person for our team and emphasize *pre-employment testing* and a *subsequent interview* as part of the hiring process.
