*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English, are highly encouraged to apply. *Duties* * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. * Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Upsell additional products or services where appropriate. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English are a plus. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
