Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced SR Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production teams, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of production operators to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of products. Coordinate daily production schedules and monitor workflow to meet production targets. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
