Red Swan Pizza is looking for Food Services Manager. Experience in Food sector would be an asset. Must be willing to work in Fast paced environment. A food service Manager works under considerable amounts of pressure. Working with others, oral communication, reading text, document use, writing, numeracy, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory, computer use and finding information.Working hours for food service supervisors usually include days, evenings, weekends and holiday work. Skills and Abilities Additional Skills- Address customers' complaints or concerns- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures- Establish methods to meet work schedulesWork Setting- Restaurant Specific Skills- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage- Establish work schedules- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies- Ensure food service and quality control Ability to Supervise- 3-4 people Personal Suitability- Flexibility- Team player- Client focus Skills and AbilitiesSpecific Skills - Estimate And Order Ingredients And Supplies- LocationMoose Jaw, SK
