*Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. * Engage with customers to provide recommendations and build rapport. * Take and process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar and surrounding areas. * Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. * Check identification to verify age eligibility for alcohol consumption. * Handle cash and process payments accurately, ensuring a balanced cash register. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within a hospitality environment. * Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. * Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. *To Apply* * Email in response to this ad is preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.60 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Weekends as needed Experience: * serving: 1 year (preferred) * Bartending: 1 year (preferred) Location: * Corner Brook, NL A2H 4C8 (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationCorner Brook, NL
