The Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team is proficient in essential software such as Sketchup, Revit, CAD, and others. *Responsibilities:* * *Develop Training Programs*: Create comprehensive training programs for learners at various skill levels, from beginners to advanced users. * *Conduct Training Sessions*: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on AutoCAD software. * *Create Training Materials*: Develop and update instructional materials, including manuals, guides, and tutorials. * *Hands-On Guidance*: Provide practical training and one-on-one mentorship to help learners master AutoCAD tools and techniques. * *Assess Progress*: Evaluate learner progress through assessments, quizzes, and hands-on exercises. * *Technical Support*: Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance during training sessions. * *Stay Updated*: Keep up-to-date with the latest AutoCAD software updates and industry trends. * *Customize Training*: Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and objectives. *Qualifications:* * *Educational Background*: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. * *Experience*: Proven experience in using AutoCAD software. * *Teaching Experience*: Prior experience in teaching or training is highly desirable. * *Skills*: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, ability to explain complex concepts clearly. * *Passion for Teaching*: A genuine passion for teaching and helping others learn.
