My client is a company that has been cleaning/sanitizing ventilation for commercial and government buildings for almost 30 years in Gatineau, Montreal and other regions. They are looking for a B2B representative in Gatineau to identify potential commercial clients, visit sites, conduct assessments and provide accurate quotes for our services. </span><span> </span></p><p><span></span></p><p><b><span>Tasks: </span></b><span></span></p><p><span>- Identify companies and conduct prospecting calls, emails, and other sales methods.</span><span></span></p><p><span>- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, with a focus on business development.</span><span></span></p><p><span>-Grow existing accounts (90% new customer business development and 10% existing account growth)</span><span></span></p><p><span>-Visit commercial locations to assess needs and gather information.</span><span></span></p><p><span>- Prepare and present quotes to potential clients</span><span></span></p><p><span>- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and our services to effectively communicate value to clients.</span><span></span></p><p><span>- Achieve sales targets by contributing to the growth of the company.</span><span></span></p><p><span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Ideal candidate:</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span>-Min. 2 years of experience in B2B business development.</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Experience in ventilation cleaning sales, building mechanics, catering or related.</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Good communicator who knows how to maintain good relationships </span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Autonomous, resourceful, dynamic.</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Valid driving license</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Bilingual more than functional</span><span> </span></p><p><span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Conditions:</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span>-Base salary $50K + commissions to get a salary up to $80K-100K </span><span></span></p><p><span>(5% commissions on sales made from 2K to 250K$)</span><span></span></p><p><span>-Group insurance (dental care, vision, drug insurance, etc.)</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Gas and car allowances</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Full-time, permanent position</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Possibility of having telework days.</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Paid leave</span><span> </span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Dynamic and collaborative team.</span><span> <br /></span></p>
