<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Sales Representative</strong></p><p> </p><p>We are a marketing agency specializing in working with dental practices, offering services such as Website Design, Google Ads, Facebook Management, and more. Our goal is to help clients attract high-quality patients through tailored marketing campaigns.</p><p> </p><p>Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and understanding their marketing needs.</p><p><strong>Job Details</strong></p><p>• Job Type: Permanent, Full-time</p><p>• Salary<strong>: </strong>$60,000-$70,000 a year </p><p>• Hours: 40 per week.<strong> </strong></p><p>• Schedule: Monday to Friday</p><p>• Location: Mississauga (Onsite)</p><p>• Proposed Resumption date: October 21st, 2024</p><p>• Commission on sales up to 50% + recurring revenue up to 2.5%</p><p>+ Salary (OTE - 100K to 200K)</p><p>• Travel is included, between 10 - 16 weeks a year</p><p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• You will be responsible for generating leads</p><p>• Engaging with potential clients, and</p><p>• Promoting our marketing services to dental practices.</p><p>• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships</p><p>• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction</p><p>• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule</p><p>• Keep abreast of the best practices and promotional trends</p><p>• Continuously improve through feedback</p><p><strong>Qualifications, Requirements and Skills.</strong></p><p>• College or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.</p><p>• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal skills</p><p>• Excellent selling and negotiation skills</p><p>• Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all organizational levels.</p><p>• Skilled in both oral and written communication.</p><p>• Results-oriented mindset with robust analytical skills.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.</p><p>• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism</p><p>• Knowledge of the dental industry or healthcare marketing (preferred)</p><p>• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.</p><p>• Public speaking is a plus!.</p><p> </p></div></div>- LocationMississauga, ON
