*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. *Duties* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs. * Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. *Requirements* * Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (especially French) are a plus. * Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. * Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Join us in delivering outstanding service to our customers while growing your career in a supportive environment!
