*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with children to educate them through play-based learning and structured activities, ensuring they reach their developmental milestones. *Duties* * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children. * Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. * Foster strong relationships with children, promoting their social skills and emotional well-being. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. * Maintain an organized classroom that is conducive to learning and play. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. *Skills* * Strong leadership abilities to guide children in their learning journey. * Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting. * Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively. * Bilingual skills are a plus, particularly in French, to support diverse learners. * Proficient time management skills to balance various responsibilities throughout the day. * Competence in computer operation for administrative tasks related to lesson planning and communication.
