<p>Hello, I'm Rayan MERRIEN, FED ManuTech Recruitment Consultant, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions. <br>We're experts who speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>Hello, I'm Rayan MERRIEN, FED ManuTech Recruitment Consultant, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions. <br>We're experts who speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>Your function <br> <br>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, an agri-food company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, a Quality Manager - Shift work - Monday to Friday - Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-face. <br> <br>Reporting to the General Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks: <br>- Manage the implementation and monitoring of GFSI certification (SQF). <br>- Manage quality documentation related to the HACCP and SQF systems (revisions, forms, records). <br>- Supervise the team of quality control technicians and manage sanitation subcontractors. <br>- Organize BPH and technical training. <br>- Collaborate with CFIA and respond to inspection requests. <br>- Perform other tasks related to the quality department.</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Priority management and analytical skills <br>- Rigor and pedagogy <br>- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently <br> <br>We're looking for a passionate leader, capable of driving the company's quality policy and culture. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and likes to work in a team. <br> <br>Your profile <br>At least 5 years' experience in a similar position in the agri-food industry, with meat processing an asset. <br>-DEC, BAC in food quality and process technology, microbiology, or other relevant training <br>-Fluency in spoken and written French, functional English <br>-Knowledge of standards in regulated areas, relations with CFIA, HACCP and SQF standards, mandatory <br>-90k - $110k - depending on profile and experience <br> <br>Face-to-face position on day shift - Monday to Friday, full insurance, company RRSP, vacation, and other company benefits.</p>
