Job Summary:
Collaborate with senior management to organize and review the operation activities and programs of the language school, focusing on enhancing student enrollment, marketing strategy, program effectiveness, and overall marketing and business growth.
Develop and refine language program curriculum and structures, and educational services to meet the needs of students and align with market demands.
Liaise with government regulatory and licensing agencies to ensure programs and marketing covenants compliance with provincial standards, language teaching regulations, international student visa and immigration policy requirements.
Plan, and manage budgets for language programs, recruitment activities, marketing initiatives, and operational support services to optimize resource efficiency.
Recruit, hire, and provide training for teachers and other staff members to improve operational efficiency and support marking objectives.
Represent the school in establishing partnerships and fostering collaborations with external organizations to create new marketing and business opportunities and expand the school?s reach.
Travel to meet potential partners and agents, promoting the school?s language programs and building marketing and business relationships.
*Qualifications:*
Education ?Postsecondary education, preferably in business, education, or a related field.
Experience: Education, marketing, or business management, prefer Canadian experience
Ability: Work collaboratively and effectively manage projects.
Knowledge : Canadian education system and the language training sector is an asset. Familiarity with the international education market is an asset.
*Requirements:*
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 is a plus.
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive enrollment and business growth.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with budget management and financial planning related to marketing activities is an asset.
Salary: $31.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per annum
