The Community Relations Manager's primary duty is to help promote the business among our referral partners (i.e. senior communities, relators, lawyers, etc.) and networks. Additional duties include client sales (with commissions) and some oversight of operations, with potential to grow the role if desired and needed. This part-time position offers flexible weekday hours.</p><p><strong>The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:</strong></p><p>• Enjoys working with seniors and their families</p><p>• Motivated and self-directed with strong organizational skills</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills</p><p>• Enjoys networking and speaking to people</p><p><strong>Essential job functions include:</strong></p><p>• Enjoys working with seniors and their families Work within the Rockville, Potomac, Bethesda territory to develop relationships with referral partners and potential clients in collaboration with the management team.</p><p>• Increase brand awareness in the marketplace and implement market growth strategies.</p><p>• Update referral partner interactions using customer management system (FranConnect).</p><p>• Attend marketing and networking events.</p><p>• Provide sales calls and visits with potential clients obtain through referral partners.</p><p>• Work with team in providing services to client.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p>• Prior sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required</p><p>• Prior experience working with seniors preferred, but not required</p><p>• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</p><p>• Have access to a computer and mobile phone for updating, scheduling, finding locations, and communications</p><p>• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</p><p> </p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>• Hours: 15-20/week</p><p>• Typically, weekday work only, no nights</p><p>• Starting at $20 per hour plus commission on sales, including paid training</p></div>Company Description<div>Help grow a new business that specializes in helping seniors with relocation and online estate sales.
