Good Earth Coffeehouse in Airdrie is looking for a warm, enthusiastic Barista to join our team for closing shifts! As a Barista, you?ll do more than make great coffee ? you?ll be the friendly face that makes each customer feel welcome and at home. *Responsibilities*: - Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a smile, make recommendations, and use suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience. - Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, making sure to engage customers for a smooth, friendly checkout experience. - Preparing Beverages: Make espresso drinks and brewed coffee with care. While preparing, connect with customers, sharing details about their drinks to enhance their experience. - Stocking and Inventory: Manage supplies effectively to keep us stocked and ready.
