*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a solid understanding of talent acquisition processes.
*Responsibilities*
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.
* Utilize various recruiting platforms, including ADP and Workday, to source candidates effectively.
* Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for candidates.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and engagement strategies.
* Negotiate offers with selected candidates while maintaining alignment with company policies.
* Assist in training development initiatives to enhance the skills of new hires and improve retention rates.
* Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with HR software such as ADP and Workday is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of employee relations and best practices in recruitment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations professionally.
* Experience using tools like Lever for applicant tracking is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn about training development initiatives.

Pay: $37.00 per hour
