*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing products while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Installer will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective installation and support. *Duties* * Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards. * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. * Assist with front desk operations as needed, including answering questions and providing information about products. * Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling additional products or services that may benefit the customer. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of installations and address any issues that arise during the process. * Provide follow-up support to customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns. *Requirements* * Previous experience in hair styling or related fields is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is desirable. * Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health standards. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
