*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for health and fitness, along with the ability to inspire and educate clients on their fitness journeys. As a Fitness Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their personal fitness goals while providing exceptional customer service. *Duties* * Engage with clients to understand their fitness goals and create personalized fitness plans. * Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle changes that promote overall wellness. * Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey. * Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress regularly. * individual training sessions as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized workout environment. * Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience. *Qualifications* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills in French are a plus. * Proven leadership abilities, demonstrating the capacity to motivate and inspire others. * Excellent time management skills, ensuring efficient scheduling of client appointments and sessions. * A background in fitness or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. * Ability to educate clients on various aspects of health, fitness, and wellness. * A passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping others achieve their goals.
