*Job Title: Medical Director - Gameday Men's Health, Toronto, Ontario* *Job Type:* Part-Time *Salary:* $2,000 - $4,000 per month (Base Salary) with potential to increase based on additional locations. *Benefits:* Flexible schedule, No out-of-pocket expenses. *Schedule:* Choose your own hours (2 hours in a month) *Work Location:* In-person at clinic locations *Company Overview:* Gameday Men's Health is Canada?s fastest-growing men's health clinic franchise, specializing in testosterone replacement therapy and erectile dysfunction treatment. With multiple locations across the country, Gameday offers a supportive and collaborative environment to provide top-tier care to our patients. *Position Overview:* We are looking for a *part-time Medical Director* for our newest Toronto location. This role is ideal for an MD/DO who is already engaged in full-time practice or employment but is interested in supplementing their income while contributing to the success and growth of a rapidly expanding clinic network. *Compensation:* * Base Salary: $2,000 - $5,000 per month * Opportunity for significant income growth as additional Gameday clinics open. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Oversight & Supervision:* * Be on-site at Gameday clinics *at least twice a month* for approximately 1 hour to supervise Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). * Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, including reviewing medical charts for PAs/NPs. * *Quality Assurance & Training:* * Complete weekly *Medical Director Quality Assurance Assessments*. * Train, supervise, and evaluate PAs and NPs to ensure competency in medical procedures and patient care. * Participate in ongoing medical education and training related to Gameday services. * *Communication & Collaboration:* * Provide continuous guidance and support to medical staff via phone, email, or in-person communication. * Collaborate with the clinic manager in planning and budgeting for the practice. * *Regulatory Compliance:* * Maintain updated *Delegation Agreements* with PAs/NPs, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. *Job Requirements:* * *Medical Licensure & Education:* * M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school. * Current medical license to practice in Ontario. * Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice as a licensed physician (preferred). * *Certifications & Training:* * Completion of a *20-hour Lab Director certification course* through COLA (cost covered by management). * Completion of a *20-hour hormone therapy training course* (cost covered by management). * *Experience & Skills:* * Supervisory experience is highly desirable. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with medical providers, clinic staff, and patients. * Proficiency with computer programs and applications. *Competencies & Values:* * Ability to foster positive, collaborative relationships with the Gameday team, patients, and vendors. * Strong leadership and guidance skills, ensuring that medical providers adhere to the highest ethical standards and legal guidelines. * A caring, professional attitude when interacting with patients, promoting a compassionate care environment. * Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive patient information in compliance with guidelines. *Why Gameday Men's Health?* * *Flexible Hours:* Tailor your schedule to complement your existing commitments. * *Growth Opportunities:* As Gameday expands, you?ll have the chance to increase your income by overseeing multiple clinics. * *No Out-of-Pocket Expenses:* All required certifications and training costs are covered by the management. *Join Gameday Men's Health and make a difference in the lives of men across Ontario.* If you are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time role, we would love to hear from you. *How to Apply:* Please send your CV at bbrahmbhatt@gamedaymenshealth.com Job Type: Part-tim
