Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Outdoors. At heights. Wet/damp. Dusty. Hot. Cold/refrigerated. Work setting: Rural area. Remote location. Tasks: Clean the crops. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Clear fields of wood and stones. Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Harvest seedlings. Mixing fertilizer. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Tie and secure plants. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Weeding. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Budding trees. Cut horticultural crops. Type of crops: Cherries. Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck. Fruit harvester. Loader. Tractor. Fertilizer applicator. Planting equipment. Sprayer or duster.
