*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. The Painter will work on various projects, including residential and commercial spaces, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of each environment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. * Select and mix paints according to specifications. * Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision. * Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed during the painting process. * Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. * Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Painter or similar role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. * Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various conditions. * Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
