*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
*Duties*
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Handle payroll tasks and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Support human resources functions including maintaining employee records
*Requirements*
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with basic HR functions such as payroll and employee onboarding
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
